I am trained in a variety of modalities to provide a wide range of techniques to aid in your pain relief and relaxation. Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, myofascial techniques, precision neuromuscular therapy can aid in relieving sore muscles.
Warm Himalayan salt stones or aromatherapy facial compresses can add a dimension of luxury to any treatment.
I also am trained in energy work such as healing touch spiritual ministry, cranial sacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, and reflexology to treat the whole person, body, mind, and soul.
I work holistically and intuitively during my treatment sessions. No two sessions are exactly alike. I will listen to you and your body to help you on your road to health and wellness.
